At Paw Prints Pet Hospital we are committed to offering quality affordable veterinary care. In order to enable our clients to provide their pet the best care available, we have designed several wellness care packages to fit their needs. We offer two levels of Wellness care packages to meet the needs of your pet. Our Packages focus on preventative care, enables our veterinarians to catch a potential problem early, prolong your pet’s life and save you money in the long run. Early diagnosis can also result in a better outcome.

You can choose the level of Wellness package that best meets the needs of your pet, you can also choose to pay by either an upfront yearly fee or a low monthly payment that helps to spread the cost over a year.

As an additional bonus all packages include 6 additional FREE examinations during regular hospital hours and 10%off microchip identification.

Adult Dog Wellness Care Package.

Includes the following services per year:

· Physical Examination

· Distemper vaccines

· Leptospirosis vaccine

· Hepatitis vaccine

· Parainfluenza vacccine

· Parvo virus vaccine

· Bordetella vaccine

· Rabies vaccine

· Lyme disease vaccine

· Corona virus vaccine

· Heartworm/lyme/erlichia test

· Intestinal Parasite Fecal examination

· Roundworm and Hookworm Deworming

· 10% off Microchip Identification.

6 Additional Examinations per year [if your pet is sick the examination is free during our regular hospital hours]

Adult Cat Wellness Care Package.

Includes the following services per year:

· Physical Examination

Rabies Vaccine
Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis Vaccine
Felline Calici Virus vaccine
Panleukopenia Vaccine
Feline Leukemia Vaccine

· Intestinal Parasite Fecal examination

· Roundworm and Hookworm Deworming

· 6 Additional Examinations per year [if your pet is sick the examination is free during our regular hospital hours]

Includes the following services per year:

Our wellness care package is NOT an insurance policy. It as a bundle of preventive care services designed to make wellness services affordable.

Additional diagnostic testing or treatments of conditions diagnosed by wellness care package services are not included.

We still recommend obtaining pet insurance to help pay for the unexpected accidents or illnesses.

Of course you may cancel your plan at any time before the expiration date by either paying the retail value of your package services used, or the remainder of your package value, whichever is less.
